Delete Your Account

⚠️ Before You Delete

Deleting your account will:

  • Permanently delete your account and handle
  • Remove all your messages from rooms
  • Delete all your data from our servers
  • This action cannot be undone

Delete Account In-App

The easiest way to delete your account is directly in the ChugLi app:

  1. Open the ChugLi app
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon on home screen)
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm deletion

Request Deletion via Email

If you can't access the app, email us with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your ChugLi handle (username)
  • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

We'll process your request within 48 hours and send a confirmation email once your account is deleted.
